Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the Easy Realty Agent mobile application ("the App") collects, uses, and protects information when you use it. The App is a staff tool provided to real estate agencies for managing property, customer, and lead records.

Who operates this App

The App is built and maintained by EasyRealty. Each agency that uses the App connects it to their own backend system (their "System URL"), which they host and control. Your account, property, customer, and lead data live on your agency's own backend — not on a shared EasyRealty server.

Information we collect

• Account information — the email address and password you use to sign in. Your password is never stored in the App; only a secure session token is kept after login.
• System URL — the web address of your agency's backend, which you enter once so the App knows where to send requests.
• Property, customer, and lead data — records you view, add, or edit while using the App, including photos you take with the device camera when adding a property.
• Basic device information — standard technical data such as app version and device type, used only for troubleshooting.

How your information is used

Data you enter or capture in the App (including photos) is sent directly to your agency's own backend at the System URL you configured, to let you look up and manage records. The App does not send your data to any third-party analytics, advertising, or marketing service.

Where information is stored

Your session token and System URL are stored securely on your device using the operating system's local app storage, so you don't have to log in or re-enter the System URL every time you open the App. This information is removed when you log out or uninstall the App.

Camera access

The App requests camera access only when you choose to add a photo to a property record. Photos are uploaded to your agency's backend as part of that property record and are not used for any other purpose.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with third parties, except:

• with your own agency's backend system, as described above; and
• where required by law.

Data retention

Property, customer, and lead records are retained according to your agency's own data retention practices, since that data is stored on your agency's backend, not by EasyRealty directly.

Your choices

You can log out of the App at any time to clear your session token from the device. To request changes or deletion of data associated with your account, please contact your agency administrator, since they control the backend where your data is stored.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
